First Rate – Leadership Consulting provides a number of mentoring services to enable our clients to successfully be competitive in their marketplace. These mentoring services include:
- 1:1 Mentoring – We provide 1:1 consulting which we work with one of the selected members of the company to achieve the successful achievement of the goals set for the engagement.
- 1:X Mentoring -We provide one consultant to up to 5 Members of the company to achieve the successful achievement of the goals set for the engagement.
- Plan Development Assistance – We provide an experienced facilitator to the client’s Plan Development Team.
- Goal Setting – We provide an experienced consultant to facilitate the development of a project’s goal and define the measurement techniques which will be used to track the success of the goal established.
